I'm pretty much tuning this Olympics out on principal


Just finished a book about a Chinese national entrepreneur who is living abroad now and his ex-wife/business partner who got "disappeared" for getting on the wrong side of the Party.
Sadly Russia and China are just about as bad actors right now as they have ever been
The need for the US to be the bright beacon of freedom is as necessary today as it was during the heights of the cold war. That is why it is so important we get our damn house in order and not allow anyone internally or externally undermine our commitment to democracy and freedom. The world looks to us. The world needs us.
